Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions page serves as a critical document that outlines the roles, responsibilities, and expectations for hosts partnering with Trybz Travel. It ensures transparency by detailing essential aspects such as the commission structure, payment terms, refund policies, and the services included in each plan. This page is designed to set clear guidelines for hosts while protecting both parties by establishing mutual understanding and accountability. By signing up for the Basic Plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the expectations, responsibilities, and benefits of being a host with Trybz Travel. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Getting Paid With Trybz
Commission Structure
As a host under the Basic Plan, you will earn commissions based on the number of guests you bring on your trips: $50 per guest for the first 10 guests. $100 per guest for 10-20 guests. $200 per guest for 20-30 guests. $300 per guest for every guest beyond 30. Commissions will be calculated based on the total number of guests who complete their bookings and payments.
Trip Coordinators
Trip Coordination and Support
On-Ground Coordinator: Trybz Travel will provide an on-ground event coordinator for every 20 guests. For example, one coordinator will be assigned for 20 guests, two coordinators for 40 guests, and so on. Itinerary Creation: Trybz Travel will assist the creation of the trip itinerary. Trybz will handle logistics, bookings, and event coordination.
Risk Management
Liability and Insurance
Trybz Travel is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the trip unless caused by gross negligence on its part. Hosts are encouraged to obtain personal liability insurance or travel insurance for additional protection.
Contract Cancellation
Termination of Agreement
Trybz Travel reserves the right to terminate the hosting agreement at any time if the host violates these terms and conditions. Hosts may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Any outstanding commissions or obligations must be resolved prior to termination.
Changes to Agreement
Modification of Terms
Trybz Travel reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Hosts will be notified of any changes via email or the host portal. Continued participation as a host constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
How Hosts Get Paid
Payment Terms
Payout Schedule: Hosts will be paid immediately after the cancellation period set by the host has passed. If no cancellation period is specified, the default cancellation period will be 3 weeks. Once the cancellation period is reached, funds will be released to the host. Payment Method: Payments will be sent directly to the host’s account or via a Trybz Travel-issued debit card. Refunds: Refunds to guests will be processed according to the host’s refund policy. Any refunded amounts will be deducted from the host’s payout. Payment Portal: Trybz Travel will create a personalized itinerary payment portal for each trip to manage guest bookings and payments.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policies: Guest cancellations will be subject to the refund and cancellation policy created by the host. Hosts are responsible for setting clear cancellation terms for their trips. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed based on the host’s stated cancellation policy. Refund amounts will be deducted from the host’s payout if applicable.
Behavioral Guidelines
Code of Conduct
All hosts are expected to: Treat guests, Trybz Travel staff, and on-ground coordinators with respect and professionalism. Avoid discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate behavior. Adhere to local laws and regulations during trips. Hosts are expected to foster an inclusive and respectful environment for all guests, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
Confidentiality
Data Protection
Hosts agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared by Trybz Travel, including but not limited to guest details, trip itineraries, and marketing strategies. Any misuse, unauthorized sharing, or distribution of such information will result in immediate action, including potential termination of the agreement.
